Tortillas / Uah : We make fresh tortillas daily out of corn masa in three distinct styles; Uah is a tortilla cooked on a griddle, a salbute is deep fried and a panucho is stuffed with refried beans and pan fried. We serve these loaded with your choice of toppings and a side of rice and beans.

·Choose your style and number of tortillas
·Choose your meat: pollo adobado or cochinita adobado (chicken or pork cooked in achiote, garlic, and banana leaf) or seasoned ground beef
·Choose your toppings: cheese, beans, mild tomato sauce, tomatillo salsa, hot chili salsa, cucumber salad with cilantro, red radish salpicon, cebolla curtida

*75 cents will be added per panucho
(Panuchos are traditionally served at festivals with shredded chicken and cebolla curtida which are red onions blanched with vinegar. If you prefer other toppings please ask)


Empanadas: We wrap meat and/or cheese with fresh corn masa and deep fry it. Two empanadas are served with rice, beans and a small salad.

Pumpkin seed specialty/ onzicil: The Mayans never waste anything. Even the seeds of pumpkins are toasted, ground and made into delicious delicacies. Served with a salad, rice and beans.
         Onzicil tortilla- A tortilla topped with sautéed zucchini  and smothered in a tomato-pumpkin seed salsa                                       $15.00

Tamales: We wrap our tamales in banana leaves and fill them with a mild but savory achiote sauce and chicken. Tamales are topped with a mild tomato salsa and cheese and served with rice, beans, and salad.
